The University of Pécs hosted the III HR Roundtable conference, focusing on human-centred HR, employee well-being and the Human-Y method. The aim of the event was to demonstrate, through practical examples and professional dialogue, how the human factor can be strengthened in organisational operations.
At the conference, the Prohuman group was represented by Norbert Szugfil and Tamás Fenyvesi, who shared their personal experiences regarding the application and results of the method. The positive feedback received during the assessment process and the joint work further confirmed that effective HR is always built on people.
